Great food! And very clean rooms. Did the job perfectly for one night for Alton towers visit with friends/kids.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Initial allocated room was upstairs even though we had made a request saying person had difficulty walking, so asked if there was a downstairs room as my mum can't walk far. They were very helpful and changed the room with no question. It was budget friendly an perfect for our needs. After reading reviews was a bit skeptical so exceeded our expectations.

Hotel was in a great location, with lots of stuff around it. Breakfast had a great choice with a full English and continental choice as well.

Room was exactly as expected, nothing fancy, but everything was clean and working. Food in the Hungry Horse was tasty and they helped me find a gluten free meal. Breakfast was also good. Good location for Motorways
