The fine print
Please note that cash payments are not accepted at this property.We are currently renovating the hotel and will renovate all guest rooms, lobby, bar and the restaurant during the summer of 2026. The renovation work will last until the summer of 2027 and will take place weekdays only, during business hours.

Great location, smooth stay, no fuss Stayed at Scandic Anglais for a short solo trip and it did exactly what I needed. The location is a big plus, easy walking distance to most places, and very close to the metro which made getting around simple. The area itself felt safe, lively enough, but not noisy. Check-in and check-out were smooth, no issues there. Staff were helpful when needed, but not intrusive. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing overly fancy, but everything worked as it should. Good bed, decent space, and quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was solid, good variety and a nice way to start the day without having to think too much about where to go. Overall, it’s not trying to be a luxury hotel, but it’s reliable, well-located, and easy. Perfect for a short stay where you just want things to work without stress.

Location is great right in the centre of Stockholm. Windows open wide which is lovely to fill the room with fresh air. Breakfast as always is very good.

A very solid and reliable option with a great location. I got a scooter there in about 5 minutes from the central station, but it's easily walkable too. Good transport links, next to a small park and has convenient shops around. The bar was very lively on the Friday and Saturday night I stayed - and even though my room was directly below, absolutely 0 noise from it. It's clean, well-maintained, feels like a touch of luxury and everything was seamless, quick and easy with check-in and check-out as always. Gym is good - as all hotel gyms it's small, but they've been smart with equipment to cover almost all bases. A decent gym was the main criteria for booking and as with any hotel gym, it's not mind-blowing, but it's functionally enough for sure. Escooter/bike parking spot right outside is brilliant if that's how you like to get around.

The staff was very helpful and nice. For breakfast there's a lot of different food and you can also try some Swedish foods.
