The location and breakfast. Please note that the rooms are really small, but that is understandable given the price.

Breakfast is good, some vegan options that are also well marked, staff is lovely and helpful and the location is great. Tea and coffee offered at the lobby is also very nice. Great to be able to have a check out at noon. Good WiFi. The bar restaurant opposite in the sister hotel Hellsten is excellent, with interesting and yummy veggie options.
