I liked the self-service check-in; I didn't have to wait for anyone. The staff in the kitchen (at breakfast) were very polite and left a pleasant impression. The room was cold; the radiator was hidden in the wall by the window and didn't provide much heat, but they gave us a good heater, which was a great help. Thank you very much for the service.

Very comfortable room in an excellent location right in Stockholm for a very good price. A short walk or metro journey to lots of great pubs and restaurants.

Great location, close to the train station that takes you to the airport. Breakfast was good, and snacks/coffee/tea are available throughout the day. Staff was very nice. Excellent price/quality ratio
