Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is superb. Endless fresh food presented in good order. They greet us every time we walk by and advise us the weather. We were reminded to bring umbrella once by Rosita who works at the cafe.

The staff at Hotel Frantz were absolutely wonderful. I am a super light sleeper and the room we had originally was above the bar so was a little noisy for me and the staff switched our room no problem which was super kind. The breakfast was fantastic and so was the location. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!
