The staff here are exemplary - everyone from the reception desk to concierge to the waiters in the dining room to the cleaners are a credit to their profession. The location is also fantastic and the hotel's features are beautiful - in particular the antique lift. I also appreciated that the room windows can be opened for ventilation, something very rare in most hotels. Great bathrooms even in the smaller rooms. The breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel.

Very stylish hotel with a lot of character. Breakfast very good. Murtaza at reception was extremely friendly and helpful.
