Location, ambience and presentation. Room was comfortable, appreciated the turn down service. Transfer between hotel and train was a bonus.

The location is excellent, with convenient access to the lifts, shops, and main areas of St. Moritz. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained. The reception staff were friendly, though the level of service felt somewhat average for a hotel of this category.
