The receptionist, Michela was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She offered great advice on things to do which greatly enhanced our stay in St Moritz. We were extremely pleased to be upgraded as it was a special birthday for my husband. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff there were friendly and helpful. All in all, we loved the old world charm of the hotel and its location suited us perfectly.

Great location in St Moritz and on-site parking. Easy to access the town on foot. The hotel has clearly been extensively modernised but retains strong links and architectural features from its Victorian build days. The room was was well appointed and the bathroom extremely clean and fresh, despite being compact. The public rooms are all delightful.

Great service, from pickup at train station to them dropping us back. Mikaela at reception and other girls… couldn’t have helped us more! Comfortable and convenient and fabulous breakfast.
