The fine print
Please let the hotel know your arrival time in advance to reserve the free shuttle service from the train station. A reservation is required. The shuttle runs between 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 18:00 (November - April) and 08:30 - 10:00 and 15:00 - 19:00 (June - October).If you travel with children, please inform the property about the number of children and their age.Please note that there is a service charge applied when you have your ski pass issued at the property.

Everything - Hotel facilities, mainly sauna and jacuzzi, friendly staffs, it was to help with everything (extra pillows, questions and directions).

We loved this hotel!!! Every aspect exceeded our already high expectations. The location is amazing overlooking the mountains and super close to the ski hill. A local informed us that Suvretta is one of the most luxurious areas of Switzerland, but the price for quality of this particular hotel is very reasonable due to its non-profit nature! The breakfast, the spa, and the room itself were all fantastic and the staff were very friendly!! We can’t wait to come back!!
