Facility's as in kitchen cutlery needed a deep clean, some cutlery still had food stains and oven dirty inside, bed was very squeaky making sleeping difficult, small damage around property as in behind front door, bulb not working in multiple areas/ rooms room with bunk bed light inadequate.

good location, suited us as we were close to the family we were visiting. parking was easy just round the corner.

Located close to the beach, shops and walkable / short drive to town as well as easy access to the beach. Free parking round the corner. Great sized rooms and lovely family bathroom, plus downstairs toilet and shower in one of the bedrooms.
