This is a hustorical building and nice by itself. There is also gym and pool in the hotel that is well appreciated. In the room there is kettle, good tea and some coffee with milk. WiFi works well.

location was brilliant, short walk up the hill to the old jail and Stirling castle, then short walk down the hill to the main town and all the shops/food places etc. staff were really friendly and loved sitting in the bar with a book. parking was decent at £10 a night
