The room was in a dreadful state. Torn carpets, stained walls. Windows that didn't work. Very poor lighting

The room was great, big, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was AMAZING. Well supplied with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and they smelled great. Also a kettle and supplies, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Stayed for the Bloody Scotland Crime Festival and the location was perfect.
