We absolutely loved everything about this villa! The location was perfect, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and there were so many toys for the kids — they were never bored! There’s a restaurant nearby, and the sea is also not far. The host, Federico, was absolutely wonderful. He was always responsive, attentive to every request or question, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure everything was great. We had a fantastic stay and would love to come back!

Beautiful location close to the La Pelosa beach. Wonderful view of the turquoise ocean from the house. Beautiful terrace with sun beds and lounge area. Federico was the best host we have ever had with AMAZING service that made our days at Villa Boat fantastic!! We would love to visit the Villa Boat again!

The surroundings were absolutely stunning – a beautiful, peaceful garden full of greenery and shade, offering complete privacy. The views were simply breathtaking, especially at sunset. A truly magical place to relax and disconnect from the world.

Our recent stay in a Stintino villa was, without a doubt, the highlight of our Sardinian holiday. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the sheer perfection of the location, the warmth of our host, and the impeccable quality of the accommodation. This is a place we will fondly remember for years to come and can recommend without a moment's hesitation. The villa's location is simply unparalleled. Perched in a prime position, it offers breathtaking, panoramic views of the glistening sea that are truly the stuff of postcards. Waking up to the sight of the turquoise water and enjoying the spectacular sunsets from the garden became a cherished daily ritual. Adding to the magic of our stay was the incredible hospitality of the owner Federico. He was the epitome of a gracious host – exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring our comfort. His warmth and helpfulness made us feel less like tenants and more like welcome guests in his personal paradise. The villa itself is a gem. With three well-appointed bedrooms, it was spacious and perfectly suited for our needs. Every room was immaculately clean, and the inclusion of air conditioning in each was a much-appreciated luxury during the warm Sardinian days. The house was also very well-equipped, with a modern kitchen and all the amenities one could wish for, making our stay both comfortable and convenient. Overall, our experience was one of maximum satisfaction. The combination of a stunning location, a wonderfully equipped and clean villa, and an outstandingly friendly host created a truly memorable vacation. For anyone considering a trip to Stintino, we wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. It is, in a word, perfect.
