The staff were super friendly and helpful which has improved my rating significantly. The room was comfortable and the bed comfy. Sheets were fresh. Pleasant surroundings and quiet area. Stayed for TruckFest and it was a 5 minute walk to the site entrance which was fab. Price for the stay was more expensive than usual because of this reason.

The room was clean and well decorated.The bed was really comfortable. The meal in the restaurant was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The building is well decorated and in a great location for visiting the Didcot Railway Centre.

The staff were really nice and the on-site Indian restaurant was very good. It needs promoting more. The building itself has bags of character and it has been nicely decorated. The location close to the A34 was ideal for me.

We initially were shown to a room out the back which reminded me of motels you see on tv. It was small, dark and had a tiny bed. It wasn't anything like the look of what we booked. However, for some reason the receptionist came back and said she needed to move us. Thankfully, the room we were moved to was in the main house which was beautiful. The bed was large and very comfy, the room was a good size. The bathroom was very clean and good power for the shower. My only complaint was the wonky toilet seat. But since it was one night we didn't say anything. Would stay again when we're in the area but certainly ensure we are booked for a room in the main house and not the dingy annex out the back.
