I was accommodated on the first floor instead of the third floor with heavy luggage to carry up a staircase. When the fan broke it was swapped with a working fan.

Great stay at BlackHorse, had everything you needed for a one-night stay! It was slightly confusing to get the keys as the reception was closed when I arrived, but someone was able to meet me to hand them over!

I missed check in time so I did not meet any staff but the security helped me. He even helped me with my bags when I checked out. He also That it was clean and tidy WiFi was good and easy to connect to The little tea, coffee and milk sachets really came in handy.
