Anthony was a great example of great Hospitality. Some other staff could learn from his approach to his customers.

The staff were excellent. So friendly and helpful. Our large bedroom was right at the front of the building with great views. We enjoyed a full English breakfast served by Anthony who we can honestly say was a breath of fresh air early in the morning. John the barman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hall. We would not hesitate in booking again.
