The setting amongst the horses and the view of them from our window. Good that the host provided basic foods to make your own simple breakfast.

Amazing house in the middle of nowhere. The surroundings and the views from the house are wonderful. The walk to see the waterfalls is truly beautiful and the calm and quiet of the place is breath taking. The only sound you will here are horses and sheeps

Last minute booking on our way back from north Iceland towards the capital city. As such it filled our needs. Welcome was very nice and friendly, and there are the farm´s horses and sheep around to see close by or from your window. But what really made our stay interesting, was the evening walk to the nearby waterfalls. It wasn´t maybe so much the waterfalls, but things you saw on your way there. It all seemed to match the athmosphere of the house itself and we felt like the place has many stories to tell that they don´t tell in the introduction. There was complimentary coffee and tea which we greatly appreciated.
