Great location, everything is close within walking distance. Very quiet and peaceful. New, well equipped apartment with every appliance you might need. Great communication with the owner who was very helpful. You can tell that the apartment was designed with care and with idea to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

- The apartment was clean and well-maintained. - The host was friendly and personally handed us the keys. - The host provided helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and places to visit. - The apartment was reconstructed recently, new furniture in rooms, well-equipped kitchen (plates, glasses, cutlery, microwave, big fridge, dishwasher etc.), air conditioning. - The apartment was quiet, offering a peaceful environment. - The garden area with the option to grill was a nice addition.

Upon arrival we were met by the owner and his daughter, who are very nice and accommodating people and made us feel very welcome right away. Any requests were dealt with immediately and with great care (e.g. we asked for a broom). The house is located at the end of the street, next to the woods so it's nice and peaceful. It has two apartments that are newly and completely furnished. This means that it's also a great solution for 2 families or two groups of friends that would like to share same holiday time, but still have their own separate space. We were staying in the lower app, that is spacious and very nicely furnished, with great attention to detail and very pleasing to the eyes. The kitchen is of very high quality and fully stocked. The mattresses were so great and we slept so nicely, that we bought the same ones for our home. The outside area has a spacious outside kitchen in the shade with grilling area. There's also an outside shower. The house garden by the woods has many spots where you can lay down and relax or allows kids to play outside. The city center and the beach are a nice 5-10min walk away. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and reconnect with yourself or have a long awaited chat with friends by the big table in the garden, surrounded by carefully chosen dimmed lights, or just lie down in the evening to look at the stars - this is the spot for you.

The apartment was very nice and clean with good equipment. Also it was only 5 minutes walk to the port of Stari Grad. Recommended 10/10!
