Location is superb, facilities including hot tub, sun loungers, chairs and tables on decking & Daisy May as transport & the visit by deer early morning was a bonus.

From the moment we arrived and saw the Daisy May. A. golf buggy and went to the accommodation we both took one look at the view and loved it and we where not wrong place lovely hist lovely Ethal lovely hosts dog , it was the tranquil we did not leave we just relaxed

Another lovely stay at Violet May's Retreat. The view from the deck is amazing. We enjoy watching all the boats come and go as they go about their day, whilst the tide rises and falls. It's a very relaxing place. Very quiet. Plenty of wildlife, rabbits in the day, bats at dusk. No deer on this visit, but we saw them last year. The Anchor pub is excellent for seafood. A short drive to a variety of tourist spots. Host is a lovely lady, couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Nice to have treats like scones with jam and cream, cakes, fresh milk.
