You will receive an email or text message with the door codes up to 24 hours prior to your arrival so you can check in outside the reception opening hours. If you have any questions or requirements, staff are located across the road at Whiteley Mill's sister accommodation, The Horse & Jockey.The property is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Please ensure only the number of guests booked stay in your room as extra guests will be charged for.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
