great location for Santa Pod and Stanwick lakes visit. ideal for couple, but wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people. convenient parking and stunning chinese just around the corner great size smart tv

Fantastic space with all facilities that we required. We stayed as our kitchen was being fitted at home and it was a fab home from home - all equipment we required. Quiet and comfortable.

Location amazing in the heart of the village. Very close to the facilities on offer. Property is cosy we had everything we could ask for. Stunning village.

The property was cosy and clean. It had everything I needed for a really good comfortable stay. Easy self check in. The studio is dog friendly and much better than a hotel stay. Situated in a nice village with a shop and post office across the road. Pub and Chinese takeaway around the corner. Lovely hot shower. Clean bedding and towels. Small fridge to keep milk and a few bits. Smart tv and wifi available. Stanwick Lakes close by for walks and Rushden lakes 5 mins drive away for reservoir walks shopping and cinema.
