modern - contemporary - fabulous location - outstanding welcome pack - great attention to detail- lovely bedding and towels - large well equipped kitchen - superb outside space with rattan furniture perfect for enjoying the sunshine and sotrage of cycles - warm welcome from host - nothing too much trouble - host went above and beyond to accomodate every request and answered every question with local knowledge of area, informative valuable advice - our host was in a word exemplary kind and generous ....we cant wait to return and have lost count of the number of like minded friends who we have recommended this cottage as an excellent choice ...in a sentence ....we loved Robins Net and cant wait to return

Robin's Nest is in a great location, walking distance into town with a few shops and restaurants and easy access to Sherwood Forest. We had a wonderful few days here, the cottage is beautifully decorated, well equipped and extremely clean and comfortable. As others have mentioned there is a bit of road noise but for us after a day’s walking once our head hit the comfy pillow and beds, we had no issues sleeping. Tara was a great host, very friendly and helpful. We hope to return to Robins Nest on our next visit to the area.

The location is great, everything you need is on the doorstep. Plenty of places to go, to eat and drink. Lovely walks close by and a bus stop outside.
