Excellent for me and my dog, room was very nice and great location as I needed to be at the train station very early the next morning.

We liked the place, the pleasant atmosphere and very friendly staff. The view from our windows were on the typical English street with Tudor style houses ' really nice. Our family really enjoyed the visit to Mountfitchet castle which is two steps from the Inn.

We want to personally thank Mia and the other staff for accommodating us last minute at 8pm at night when we discovered that our booked accommodation at the Linsted Stansted up the road was closed when we got there, no one about, all locked up. Didn't respond to my phone calls and messages but are still taking bookings 😞 The Kings Arms staff, sorted us a room, dinner and a drink and we are so grateful 🥰 It was a spacious room and very comfortable.

Great location, centre of village. Room quiet (especially for a Saturday night). Bed comfortable and room well equipped. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
