We had a 4 night stay in the Calf Pens. The accommodation is superb. Very homely, comfortable and exceptionally clean. We couldn't have asked for more. Jane greeted us on arrival and departure and was very friendly,helpful and informative.

Jane met us on arrival and had already been so kind and helpful with our booking. The house is beautifully situated and perfectly clean and well equipped. Lovely treats were left for us in the kitchen and the cottage was decorated for Christmas. During the week our hosts checked on us without intrusion and mentioned a local event we might enjoy.

This is a wonderful place to stay, in a relaxing setting with very friendly hosts. The accommodation has everything you might need and is in excellent condition, we were very comfortable. It is in a great location, with beautiful walks along the Loxley river.
