Very well appointed and in spite of the house being built in the 1890’s it is in great condition and very well maintained. Has a great kitchen and dining area plus veranda has a nice braai area. House is very central to village centre and easy walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops Ronald and Ineke are great hosts On my next visit to Stanford we will book to stay at Union House if it is available at the time of our visit

We were lonely in this old fashion house. Everything clean. They have a braai place with sofas, new modern fully equipped kitchen. Quiet place and quiet town for rest. Really safe place for walking at every time. All necessary cafe and restaurants are near.

The host was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was neat and in order when we arrived. Had everything we needed. Very comfortable braai area. I recommend booking the entire house.
