Very convenient. Whilst not in the historical part of Stamford it was not too far to walk in. Main thing is we had no parking problems what so ever . So great location. House is small but definitely big enough for a couple and really well set up

Great little place, just what we were after. Communication was prompt and accurate. Kitchen well equipped for cooking, very quiet surroundings, so we had a good night's sleep. Would stay again for sure.

What an exceptional property! In a residential area so quiet and private, reserved parking. A whole house for a very reasonable cost. Spotlessly clean ,beautifully fitted out with every facility required, Very comfortable bed and pillows .We were sorry we could only stay one night. Perfect base for exploring lovely local area

Excellent property very close to Stamford with its own parking. The the welcome supplies were a lovely touch. Will definitely stay here again it is available.
