- The hotel boasts an incredible beachfront location, with direct access to a private, well-maintained beach. Unlike many resorts where the layout forces long walks to the shore, this property’s design—with buildings parallel to the coastline—ensures nearly all rooms are just steps away from the sand. We never had to hunt for a lounger because the beach is private to the hotel guests, and the convenience of stepping straight from the hotel onto the beach made our stay effortless. - The hotel’s modern, elegant design extends to its stunning pools and common areas, creating the perfect luxury vacation vibe. Every detail contributed to a serene and uplifting atmosphere, making it easy to unwind from the moment we arrived. We felt extremely relaxing and happy during our stay there thanks to the positive vibe of the hotel. - The dining area in the main restaurant of the hotel has a stunning view. We had dinner there and watching the sunset from the restaurant terrace was simply magical. - What truly set this hotel apart was its outstanding staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, the team went above and beyond. Iryna at reception was particularly remarkable—her hospitality left a lasting impression. Having stayed at two other 5-star hotels on this trip, we can confidently say this one had the friendliest and most professional staff of all. - The rooms are clean and modern, and we had nothing to complain.

Nice and newly refurbished internals. Location is incredibly convenient particularly when it comes to travelling around. We didn’t have a rental car for the first few days of our stay and there is a bus between the front of the hotel and Chania old town every 8 to 10 minutes until midnight. We also liked that there’s plenty of pool area and the beach is nice and shallow. The staff were really friendly particularly Anastasia who really made us feel home. We stayed on the bed and breakfast basis so cannot comment on the dinner and lunch quality however the breakfast variety was more than enough and the quality was really good

Excellent beach , pool area and hotel . Staff were excellent and breakfast was first class with many options . Really lovely and we had a relaxing stay .
