In my opinion, it is a very good balance between price and conditions. I was on vacation hier 7.08.2025-20.08.2025. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay and life is provided: clean bed linen, spacious rooms, air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking. Beautiful grounds and a clean swimming pool. Convenient location: there is a bus stop nearby with easy access to Heraklion, Hersonissos, and Malia. The sea is just a 10–15 minute walk along a beautiful street. Whenever questions or issues arose, the owner Konstantinos always responded quickly. For me, vacation is not about staying in the room but about exploring the region and surroundings. Excellent conditions for such a price. I will definitely come back again.

Fantastic Stay – Perfect for Families and All Travelers! I traveled with our two children, and we had an amazing time! The apartment hotel is absolutely perfect for families, young adults, teenagers, and everyone in between. The building is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The swimming pool is always well-maintained and inviting. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful...you’ll definitely feel at home here. The Wi-Fi is excellent, and the security is top-notch. The premises are equipped with outdoor security cameras, and there is also on-site security personnel to ensure guests feel safe and comfortable at all times. The beach is nearby, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The whole area feels very safe, and the local people are friendly and honest. The woman who manages the rooms is exceptionally professional, kind, caring, and always ready to help. We will definitely return...anytime, at a moment’s notice! For better communication and personalized customer service, we highly recommend booking directly with the owners rather than through agents.
