This is a delightful property that delivers exactly what it promises - a quiet and restful retreat. The property is fully kitted out with everything we wanted for our stay. It is an easy drive to Hickling Broad and the seals on the beach at Horsey Gap. Food shopping can be obtained in Stalham where Cawdrons butchers is well worth a trip. There is a Tesco as well. The hosts were really accommodating and welcoming which made for a perfect break. We hope to return.

Lovely apartment with everything you need for a self catering stay. Private conservatory with plenty of books and music. Good assortment of DVD's in the lounge. Microwave, cooker, fridge freezer and toaster etc in kitchen. Nice welcome gift of cakes, fresh eggs and milk.

Great location overlooking fields and mill, but easy access to the Broads and beaches. Welcoming hosts. Clean. Pet-free. Great conservatory and shower.
