The fine print
Please contact the hotel ahead of time if you are planning to arrive after 22:15 as reception is not manned 24 hours and it may not be possible to gain access.Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.All Group bookings of more than 5 rooms require full pre-payment and are non-refundable.
10% booking deposit due at the time of reservation via Bank Transfer. Once a reservation is received the hotel will provide the Bank account number.
100% full pre-payment 30 days prior to arrival via Bank Transfer on the same account number. After this day the reservation will be non-refundable.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The decoration is good. I love the view from the restaurant and balcony from my room. Very peaceful and beautiful view. Staffs are excellent and very welcoming.

Lovely location by the Thames - within easy walking distance to shops but tranquil for walks by the river. Staff were fantastic- very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Decor was tasteful and quirky.
