We liked the location. Being so far north meant it was relatively quick and easy to get to Old Man of Storr, and the Quirang. The dinosaur footprint rocks are walking distance. Portree is only a 15-minute drive. The kitchen had all the cooking equipment we needed. The shower gave adequate hot water. A handy pile of brochures and maps was in the apartment for our use.

This is a perfect location to explore the north of Skye. It's fantastic with kids. You can walk to An Coran beach and we did every day. There's a little gravel outside area where my kids played frisbee as well. The bedrooms are good and the best are reasonable. The living room is comfy for 4 people and has a puzzle my kids loved doing. The kitchen has a tiny fridge with small freezer section. The stove worked well and the kitchen was stocked with plates, bowls, cups, utensils for 4 people. There was salt, pepper, and oil. The furniture was all nice and the place was clean and well-kept. There is a useful binder full of local information and information about the house near the TV.

The stunning location, the sound of the waves crashing onto the rocky beach, proximity of fantastic hillwalking places and points of interest.
