It was quiet and fairly spacious. Clean. Stair well is extremely steep and difficult.

Perfect location right in the center. We were there on a December Sunday so can't say anything about outdoor noise but we had a peaceful sleep. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Very good breakfast with decent coffee!
