The building is high quality and architecturally very appealing (this in stark contrast to most modern buildings in Stabio who seem to have gotten their inspiration from what is popular in the neighbouring province of Varese and include bright pink and yellow and fluorescent green houses). The double glazing is excellent so as long as you keep the windows shut you will not be bothered by the sound of road traffic. The host communicates superbly. Beds are comfortable and there are good quality pots and pans for cooking and all tools for cooking pasta. There is a restaurant with very good reviews opposite the building but unfortunately they were on summer vacation so I had to go to Lugano every day for brunch.
