Beautiful, comfortable, newly renovated, tastefully decorated place that felt like an upgraded home from home. Very warm in cold weather with underfloor heating and superb double glazing. Very comfortable bed and pillows and with a lovely bathroom - spacious, very clean and with luxurious soaps and towels. Extremely friendly multilingual owner, who is always ready to help recommend an activity or a restaurant. His kind, warm, friendly and helpful presence really made the holiday extra special. Great breakfast, with a buffet of cold meats, fruit, vegetables and eggs, and a coffee machine in the lobby. Stunning views, and a short walk to the town centre. Plus, there’s a fridge with wine and soft drinks, and salty / sweet snacks that guests can access 24/7 and pay for on an honour system.

We planned to spend last weekend in Kufstein and then to Salzkammergut. Unfortunately our car broke down at Frasdorf (Germany) and we could not but leave our car there for repair but this made it impossible for us to continue our trip to Salzkammergut. When we called our booked hotel (Pension) for a possibility to postpone our stay, the host was kind enough to change it to a new date. We really appreciate his understanding and his great kindness when we were in trouble. We did enjoy our stay after we pick our car yesterday at Frasdorf. The host is extremely friendly and ready to assist his guest who needs help. This really made our stay unforgettable.

Great Location. kind of private, close to a restaurant and to the lake. the stuff was wonderful, the room were great. and we had a great view. everyone was so nice, recommended!
