Guests must be at least 21 years or older to check-in. If you expect to arrive after 8PM please inform Johns Pass Beach Motel in advance to arrange late check-in. Please note this property does not give refunds for early departures. Parking is limited to 1 space per reservation. No visitors parking. Motor homes, trailers, or water crafts are not permitted at the property. Please note the name on the guest's credit card must match the name of the reservation. No Pets Allowed. No Party and or events of any kind allowed. No additional guest allowed in pool and rooms if not on the reservation. No Smoking allowed in room. Quiet time between 10:00PM to 7:00AMGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The staff very pleasant and welcoming and make you feel at ease and helped carry my stuff when I arrived and also kept my luggage prior to leaving. Really looking forward to returning . Lovely bed sheets and towels changed daily

We loved the location of John's Pass Hotel, which is 'adjacent to the beach' as well as most amenities around. All in all a good value hotel for beach lovers.

Close to the beach, resaurants, shopping and other activities. Also very quiet.

Location was great! Everything was definitely clean! Loved that you could walk to the boardwalk! Loved the heated swimming pool!
