This was my sixth visit to this hotel and I previously stayed at Seashells now Odycy. But since I found this hotel I would not go anywhere else. Joanna is the Rock of reception and Jacob the ever smiling host of the pool bar. The hard working housekeepers do an exceptional job and the impression is of one great team working to make sure guests have a wonderful holiday. There are ongoing improvements that will make this Oasis of a hotel even better.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. The facilities and staff are excellent. Joanne has always made sure everything runs smoothly for me. And she is one of the reason I make regular trips to this hotel. The new owners have made a few changes that are for the better. Jacob is your man to see around the pool bar for 1st class service. The new guy in charge there sorry I could not remember his name i just called him boss. Everyday he took the time to speak to us and check we was all having a nice time. I would personally recommend this hotel.
