The location is perfect for avid skiers, just a short walk to the end of the road and then a little slope down to the Signalbahn gondola. On the way home, you can take the 28 Talabfahrt and then cut through to the end of the street. We were lucky to have enough snow to do this; it may not always be possible. Parking in the underground garage is well sign-posted and access to the floors by lift makes it easy. A ski room was available, although there was no ski boot rack. The apartment itself was well equipped with everything we could have wanted. Lots of storage and wardrobe space too. The balcony is very spacious and would be great if it was warm enough to sit outside.
