Helpful staff always willing to go out of way to resolve issues. Excellent food in restaurant, especially evening meals, Very comfortable beds, quiet location, relaxing ambience, tasteful decorum, flowers in garden. Location great for walking.

Our room was excellent comfortable, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed all the meals we had and enjoyed the dip and dine. All staff were excellent and helpful.

From the time we arrived to the time we left such a friendly, polite hotel. The receptionist was friendly welcoming and professional. She arranged for our cases to be taken to our room. There are stairs to the top floor rooms so if you have a mobility problem these rooms are not for you. .We had a room in the separate block, top floor overlooking the pool. Lovely clean room. Small spaced balcony, there is a height difference on going in and out. Tea and coffee, milk pods, biscuits and bottle of sparkling water and still water ( replenished daily ). Bathroom had bath, sep shower. Handy, Mini shower gel, body lotion and shampoo, lovely fragrance. Towels. Plus handy sewing kit, shower cap, shaver and cotton buds. Bed comfy. Air conditioning. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawers (dated). TV on the wall. Plus a great space to pop your suitcases. Rooms cleaned daily. Sheets changed one in the week. Pool towels provided by the hotel ask at reception. Breakfast plenty of choice. Cooked or continental. Food available throughout the day. We tried the sandwiches, delicious. Afternoon tea delicious. They do an early bird dinner, with a slightly different menu, that was great as was the Al La carte menu. If you want evening meal I would advise booking as the restaurant gets booked up with locals.large groups can be noisy if you want an quiet dinner for two. Also Sunday roast dinners are popular. Pool small, chilly when we were there. Few sun beds with cushions. Joshua in bar and restaurant is so helpful and friendly, nothing is to much trouble, he is an asset to the hotel. The hotel is not central, that wasn’t a problem for us as we like exploring. The bus is regular and stops outside the hotel ( No 81) £1.60 each. Or go to the bus office and buy a bus card for the time your there. Taxis available but expensive. The hotel garden was tendered daily, beautiful flowers so pretty, as was the pool, Would we return ….yes.
