Everything! Excellent communication from the owner with directions from the very start. When we arrived, out tent was super spacious and fully equipped with everything we would need, plates, cups, cutlery, gas stove and kettle with spare gas bottle, washing up liquid, bowl and tea towel. All so clean and so beautiful thank you so much. The horses are beautiful and so friendly too, and I don't know where the donkey was but he sounded very happy too. There's a tap there with water and a port a loo. There are shops down the road if you need anything. Loved everything about this!

it was bloody lovely! the village had everything you could need, post office, chip shop pub and a coop, a stones throw to short walk to the (open air concrete) pool down at the cove below, was ideal for a safe dip and for jumping waves for our 12 and 13 year olds. They love love loved the horses in the field (we didnt ride this time as we were only a 1 night stay, but that was an option) they fed them grass and shared their apples and petted them, even gave them names lol, safe to say they loved it The bell tent had everything required, beds that didnt go down in the night, table and chairs for sitting outside, gas BBQ and a fire pit, and light for in the tent, a kettle, all you needed! (just bring your sleeping bags wood for the fire and food) the view from the site of the sunset was great but even better if you walked down to the car park above the cove as it was un-interrupted view. Also, due to no light polution, a great view of the stars above once the sun went down. there were even fairy lights in the hedges which was lovely. Kerry's dad who came to take a couple of the tents down on Friday morning was lovely and friendly too! Gave us a little more time to pack up and cook our bacon sandwiches (it was at the end of the holidays so they weren't busy) We will definitely be back next year for more than 1 night! be aware though that there is no electric on this site, which was fine with us as we made sure our phones were charged sufficiently but there is a golf course where you can charge your phone or even have a cheap hot shower. a great family stay, even the girls were not bothered about electronics, a great stay for all of us, albeit too short!

Overall it was spotless and the cleaning staff we spoke to where more than exceptional. We also liked the whole set up as it saved us all the hassle of bringing our own camping gear and setting up.
