Some staff are friendly and some not so friendly. I have stopped at this hotel 5 in the past 3 years. It's not the same as it once was.

The hotels appearance was amazing, our room had an amazing view. Check in was very good thanks to Franklin who was extra helpful and bar staff were friendly and made excellent cocktails. The Manager also was friendly and helpful. Best place ever to stay. Well done team you all are fabulous.
