The details of everything. We stayed here for our anniversary and they decorated the room and gave us a complimentary drink. All amentities were amazing. So clean. One of my favourite stays

Where do I begin…. From start to finish the stay at The Hyatt was exceptional. The biggest asset is undoubtedly the staff. At EVERY point of contact we were greeted as one would receive from a caring and dearest friend : Friendly, thoughtful, engaging, positive , sincere. We don’t need to ask for a thing and every potential need was offered before we thought we might even want or need it. Service at its greatest and just lovely in all (and every) These people deserve defined recognition: Alison. How brilliant and effervescent you are. You really gave us reason to smile during our couple of conversations which enhanced our stay so, so much. As we said to you at the time. You are PERFECTLY suited to what you do and you are a HUGE asset to the hotel. Greta, Ricardo and your colleague who gave us the cold towels (they were so needed). Thank you for a seamless and thoughtful check in. Phillip (Pool bar and later in the evening). Absolutely charming, an eye for detail and clearly exceptional at what you do (and hard working) A particularly lovely and charming enhancement to my stay. Prem. Lovely service at the pool, thank you. Last but definitely not least. The lovely Irish lady from the Regency Lounge (only 6 weeks in) and doing the best job ever. Thanks for the directions to the loo!! Thank you all for a lovely stay. If you’re reading the reviews for this hotel before making a decision and exceptional service, outstanding facilities, food and ambience and facilities are important to you. Just book The Hyatt Regency, St Julian’s. It will not be a bad choice.

Lovely hotel! Would recommend a view overlooking the square as you’ll get a sunset view. Enjoyed dinning at their restaurant, ‘Seed’. Great breakfast with plenty of variety. Really nice rooms, decent size and modern. Gym and sauna were 24 hour. The spa was great. We had a treatment in the couples room which looked great and therapists were excellent . Unfortunately it was followed by a hard-sell on buying their products after which was a little awkward.
