Nice and cleaned room with comfortable beds. Hotel is placed in a good location close to restaurants, pubs, clubs. We appreciated the pool from the top and the hospitality of the staff. Overall a very good choice to stay.

The location is decent and the staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately several things fell short of expectations. I booked a Deluxe Double Room and specifically requested a double bed — on arrival, the room had two single beds instead. A small but frustrating detail that should be straightforward to honour. The TV was outdated and completely non-functional. A technician was called, but we had to wait until the following day and even then it was only partially fixed — not ideal when you’re paying for a full-service room. The terrace view was also misleading. The photos on the listing show an open, scenic outlook, but there is active construction going on in the surrounding area which significantly affects the experience. On the plus side, the location is reasonably convenient and the staff were courteous throughout our stay. Overall, the hotel needs to be more accurate in its listings and more proactive about room maintenance before guests check in.
