The location is perfect. I didn't rent a car and it was great that from the Jelly Bean Row, I could walk to most downtown locations, like the harbor, George St, Water St, restaurants, churches, pick-up location for boat tours, etc. And I could see Signal Hill from the window. The small air con unit was helpful on those hot and humid nights. In a couple of hours, the room temperature was nice and cool.

No breakfast, kitchen had everything but a stove/oven for doing your own meals.

Kitchenette was awesome, makes for an easy breakfast, coffee and coffee maker great start to the morning. A large common area big plus to kick back and relax. Location is ideal for access to downtown. Can see Cabot Tower from common room window
