It was spacious, bright, quiet and conveniently located to the town centre. The host was very quick to respond and it was lovely to receive a package of cookies as a welcome gift. The place had character but was also very comfortable for short stays. We had 5 people and it was set up appropriately for us with enough towels and bedding (which didn't always happen on our trip). Despite my notes below we highly recommend this place, particularly for families.

The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly spacious, with three generously sized main rooms. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and it’s equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed deserves special mention—it’s absolutely enormous and unbelievably comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night’s sleep. A particularly lovely touch was the couple of Christmas gifts left for us; such a warm and thoughtful gesture that made our stay feel extra special. Laura was an outstanding host—always helpful, responsive, and communicative, making sure everything was just right from start to finish. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of St Ives, surrounded by charming shops and restaurants just moments away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. It’s a true gem!

Spacious, well equipped apartment in a beautiful medieval market town. The hosts left milk, teabags, sugar, cookies, and a couple of cans of beer and coke, which was extremely appreciated after a long journey. Wifi was good and Netflix available on TV. Bed was large and comfortable.
