Location couldn’t have been better. Views amazing and room whilst small was beautifully appointed. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast very tasty. Just a nice overall vibe.

Locally run independent family business, they go that extra mile! Best stocked mini fridge I've ever come across, lovely massive bed and linen. Had a night away with my daughter, literally 24 hrs. Had the best time together, really helpful at reception. Played being tourists for the day in St ives, was brilliant.

Fabulous location overlooking the bay. Rooms are luxurious and spotlessly clean with everything you might need for your stay. Ample car parking to the rear. We had a relaxing one night stay with a lovely breakfast included.
