Great location. Short but steep walk to the beach. Easy and straightforward self check-in.

Easy access and seamless check-in. The kitchen is a plus for a stay with all utensils well equipped. The room has a heating system which works well throughout the stay.

The room was clean and well equipped, and the house was a short 10 walk to either the beach or town. The parking made a big difference and is a big bonus in St Ives.

Had everything we needed in a small double room. The cleanliness when we walked into our room was fabulous. The shower was good enough and the shower gel and hand-wash supplied was of good quality and smelt sublime. Great quality towels provided. We had the use of Netflix in our room which was a pleasant surprise. We did not use the communal areas so cannot comment but it looked fab. The hilly walk up from town and beach would not be everyone's cup of tea. It kept us fit.
