The location being a short walk from town with parking for the car. Matthew was very welcoming and onsite so in the event of needing to discuss anything was always available, not that it was required.

The appartment and all the facilities were exceptional and perfect for a couple staying. The location was perfect for access to St Ives and the beaches and harbour.

I was working in the area and wanted a good standard of accommodation for three days not too far from the harbour, with parking and not too expensive. Sunnyside exceeded all my expectations. I thought the property was brand new it was so clean and well appointed. For some it maybe a bit of a steep walk back from the harbour but its good for the calf muscles and you always have the option of a short taxi ride. Thank you Matt, I hope to see you again

Good facilities and conveniently located with parking. Important to follow owners instructions on final approach -post code alone is misleading
