Friendly and approachable host found in Joby. The location of the property was wonderful for getting to the centre of St Ives (a short walk down the hill) and getting out into the rest of Cornwall. The room was clean and cozy. Nice to have an en suite, fridge and sofa.

Really great place to stay. Will give 10/10 without any doubt. The host was amazing and guided us well as we were visiting st Ives for the very first time

The room was bigger than we thought and enough for 3 adults. And Staffs Joby was very kind to us.

Excellent stay lovely room such a comfortable bed 🛌 Shower was fantastic good location not far from the Harbour down the hill - The Owner Joby was great couldn't do enough for you was always on hand if any problems but we had no problems great stay 👍
