The location was excellent, just a 3-4 minute walk from the train station, which made arrival and getting around very convenient. It’s also close to a beautiful beach and situated in a quieter part of St Ives, away from the busiest tourist areas, which we really appreciated. The property has a lovely Scandi-style design with a cosy and modern feel. The bed and mattress were very comfortable, and we felt safe and relaxed throughout our stay. Breakfast was a real highlight, freshly prepared each morning with great quality ingredients. We especially enjoyed the warm pastries like croissants and pain au chocolat. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience very pleasant.

Breakfast exceeded expectations. They offered a pretty full menu with large servings and pastries as a bonus. Coffee, tea and juice were also included. Location was absolutely perfect. Easy walk to most restaurants (5-15 min top) and it was quieter because it wasn't on the main street. The room was massive and comfortable. The windows opened which was so nice to get the sea air. The staff was excellent. Very responsive on emails and were always so friendly when we saw them. Extra perks included free afternoon biscuits and a little happy hour before 6pm.

The hotel is located very close to the beach and we had free parking at the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was was beautifully prepared with high quality ingredients. Our room was spacious and well equipped with both bath and shower.

The location. The staff were amazing! Very accommodating especially to my pregnant wife. Would love the comeback in the summer time!
