The property was well situated and had the added benefit of secure parking. The flat was comfortable and very well equipped with everything we required.

This was very well appointed flat with high end appliances and what looked like brand new crockery, cutlery and utensils. There was loads of hanging space and a very powerful and hot shower. The wifi was great. The instruction booklet is excellent and I suggest you read it or you may not find the cutlery drawer! This was a perfect size for the 2 of us. The lounge area was dark with little natural light but that didn't bother us as we weren't in during the day/evening. The use of a parking space was very helpful. Location was excellent - just above Porthminster Beach and only 5-10 minutes walk to the harbour.
