The location was excellent, just above Porthminster beach, a short walk into town and the beach. The apartment was ideal for 3 free friends.

The apartment was not at all private - several times children were running around just outside when we wanted privacy - also very close to footpath - we were also overlooked as people went in and out of the apartments so had to keep the blinds down

The location was great.. We only got sun in the patio area for an hour in the morning, but the view was spectacular. The place itself, had everything you need to live in a self catering apartment. They left some milk for our arrival and a bag , and a little bag of chocolate drops, which was a lovely thought. The beds were comfy, the sofas were comfy. You can do your laundry there, they had a dishwasher. There was nothing I went to find that they didn't have. The location is perfect, a 3 min walk to the lovely beach, and 5 max into the town. The sea is beautiful and the sand is white, felt like I was abroad! We were lucky that we had a week of sunshine! Quick add. they had a lift so you do not have to walk up and down to they accommodation. The main doors to the properties are key locked. Also for anyone checking in the garage is opposite the accommodation... and the accommodation is next to the harbour hotel you walk across a little bridge to get to your place. From the car park area. You are allocated a space for your car. the key lock is where you park the car. Also they had a fan for really warm days. extra pillows if needed and blankets in the wardrobe. I would most certainly go back. First time in saint ives great way to celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary. Thankyou x
